Terms and Conditions: 3D Lettering by One Four Design

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd (Company No: 9186065). By accepting our quotation or allowing work to begin, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations and Payment

• Validity: Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent.

• Deposits: A standard deposit of 50% is required before any work starts.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

• Payment Terms: Final payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

• Methods: We accept bank transfers, card payments, Stripe, and PayPal (note: a 3% surcharge applies to credit cards).

2. Ownership and Deposits

• Property: All signage remains the property of One Four Design until we receive full payment.

• Recovery: We reserve the right to enter a site and remove signage if it remains unpaid after 90 days.

• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun.

3. Artwork and Approvals

• Responsibility: You are responsible for checking and approving all artwork proofs.

• Liability: Once you have signed off on the artwork, One Four Design is not liable for any errors.

• IP Rights: All designs created by us remain the intellectual property of One Four Design and cannot be used by third parties without permission.

4. Legal Compliance and Site Access

• Permits: The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary legal permits and planning approvals.

• Site Conditions: Our estimates are based on visual inspections. Any additional work required due to unforeseen site issues will be charged separately.

5. Warranty and Performance

• Quality: We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with your approved specifications.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by “Force Majeure” events beyond our control, such as strikes, accidents, or government orders.
