A bronze-finish wordmark for a members' club reception in central London — polished returns, brushed faces, hand-finished edges.
A discreet identifier inside a Mayfair members’ club. Brief: “obvious to members, invisible to passers-by.” Bronze felt right immediately.
CNC-cut letterforms in 8 mm bronze, hand-finished to bring out brushed faces against polished returns. Mounted on hidden pin fixings into a panelled walnut wall with millimetric tolerances so the letters appear to float a fingertip away from the timber.
A sign that catches different light at different times of day — almost ceremonial when the chandeliers come on at 6 pm.
